2009 Progress Entrants

The competitors below right kindly logged and compiled a weekly report on their progress for the 2009 Castle of Mey10k event.

Graeme Dunnett, 48 years old and a Senior Project Manager with DSRL, based at Dounreay - click.

Anna MacConnell, works as the Co-ordinator for Caithness Partnership based in Wick - click.

Neil Aikenhead, Age 39, over-weight, over-tired and with difficulty in getting motivated - click.

Jennie Rawlins, Age 35, I have previously lost 25 stone in weight although have regained approx 4 stone now - click.

Wendy Kelman has had to withdraw due to injury but thanks everyone for the support and encouragement over the weeks she had been training, and wishes the other runners all the best.
