Introduction
- Age 39, over-weight, over tired and with difficulty in getting motivated.
Previous running experience:-
- Used to run a long time ago. Haven't run at all in six years.
Personal Bests:-
- 1500m - just under 5 mins (1993)
- 10k - a little over 40 mins (1993)
Why do you want to run the Castle of Mey 10k:-
- To lose weight, and have more energy and get up and go
Personal goal /aim:-
- To lose at least 2 stone in weight, preferably more.
- To feel good about myself before I hit 40.
- To finish the run in under 50 minutes.
